Doesn’t make sense at all.
Sounds like they don’t know what they are doing.

I have no idea. Speedport from vodafone, ipv6 is enabled but I don’t use it 😅 I’m not behind some NAT
Cool, thx!
For me to switch, I’d need a simple tutorial on how to do it. Something that I could learn and solve first problems within a day or weekend. I hope it’s not grub like difficult
Maybe you get some inspiration here

Many don’t need “excel” but don’t take it away without talking to them and knowing the alternatives
Talking to the IT guys with knowledge about the alternative systems is highly adviced! But you have to talk to them.
Come on, you’ve got a password manager that saves passwords and usernames. It couldn’t be more convenient to login.
Why would you give the responsibility to google for your logins?
Why would you lock yourself into the vendor google by using their login system for every other service? You can’t migrate anywhere easily.
I’m just not enabling such a method. It’s not implemented. People who don’t think about it and hence don’t care usually still use the service eveb if they cannot use “login with google”
Who says the nigerian prince isn’t?
This is a satiric page.
There’s a new nigerian prince in town
:)
Hello vegan, I’m vegan as well
I don’t share videos with people using google to log into any site.
That is a good question to which I have to direct answer I guess.
arte is a media producer and server at the same time. Peertube provides the fundament for serving videos. To me it sounds like there should be a big overlap.
arte already has build their system but let’s think big and long term, not only one year ahead. Arte could use a peertube backend (with extra steps) and focus on what they do best, producing content. By adjust peertube to their needs, other broadcasters could use it as well and many would profit. The broadcasters could easily share selected media with others, making the services interconnected. The user wouldn’t need many accounts for France Télévisions, ARD and others. The user wouldn’t need 5 apps for the same type of media.
Collab with arte would be great?
Why not moving to podman and letting it do its magic?
In that case it’s the problem of jellyfin iirc. Because jellyfin uses “the wrong” artist. Can you select another “artist” tag?
Markdown does a great job for me
Taler has a completely different application. Digital euro won’t use it
Dawarich cleans a gpx route (if I understood it right), translates gps points to real world locations, calculated distances, and shows a map.
I track my position with gpslogger, yet I’ve got no direct map and the trash gps points at home is large
You don’5lt have to build it yourself. You can also download from the release page https://framagit.org/framasoft/peertube/mobile-application/-/releases
(I don’t know about the restriction)
It really depends on what you want to achieve.
Since facebook, google & microsoft are heavily invested in linux, I don’t think that my money really matters there.
My money matters for all the “tiny” foss projects. The goodies that we use, the apps that we use. Donating to bigger projects that do not depend on big corporations is important to me. Spreading the word, helping others and sticking to linux and foss is how I can achieve the most.
Nice collection.
Have you met logseq? Maybe using multiple files? folders?
