I’m sure the process of getting the Supreme Court to block this (if they do) won’t allow any sort of harm to everyone who can’t get due process and sit in legal black holes while shitty court cases work though the system.

I don’t understand why showing up to arrest someone during a court hearing isn’t obstruction of justice. They had to stop proceedings to deal with their bullshit.

From what I can gather, they showed up without a judicial warrant and basically tried to arrest this guy during a hearing. No shit the judge overseeing the hearing is going to have a problem with that, morons. This also isn’t the first Trump prosecution of a judge for immigration bullshit, but that one got taken care of during Biden administratio. In a shitty way, instead of flat out dismissal, the judge had to promise to do some sort of training/education on the matter. Ridiculous.
